So what does it take to be one of the world’s most influential? Tweet and tweet and tweet until everyone is tired of you. That’s pretty much what landed Kanye West at the top of TIME’s second annual list of “Most Influential People On The Internet”. This places him above J.K. Rowling and the creators of the relentless “Damn Daniel” meme. The list also features prominent #BlackLivesMatter activists and YouTube gamer PewDiePie.
Twitter and YouTube aren’t the only ways to make it onto the list though. Snapchat and Pinterest royalty also made their mark with DJ Khaled and Pinterest superstar Joy Cho landing in the top ten.
Of course no list is complete without a few names to piss people off. Enter Donald Trump at No. 10. Let’s face it: for his annoying presence everywhere and his lengthy catfight with Megyn Kelly, they had to make a spot for him.
